1️⃣ General Booking Guidelines 📌 15-Minute Acoustic Consultation (Online Call) ✔️ Online Meeting – The consultation will be conducted via Zoom or phone call, based on your preference. ✔️ Booking Confirmation – After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and details. 📌 On-Site Acoustic Visit ✔️ Professional On-Site Acoustic Analysis – This is a paid service that includes a detailed acoustic assessment, measurements, and recommendations for your space. ✔️ Travel & Location Availability – On-site visits are available within selected regions. If you're outside our service area, we may charge a fee. ✔️ Booking Confirmation – After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with the visit date, time, and any pre-visit instructions. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🔹 15-Minute Acoustic Consultation (Online Call) Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Missed Appointments & No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, we may not be able to reschedule your free consultation. If you fail to attend two appointments, future bookings may require a paid consultation. 🔹 On-Site Acoustic Visit Cancellation Notice: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): A cancellation fee may apply due to allocated travel time and scheduling. No-Show Policy: If our specialist arrives on-site and no one is available, the full service fee will still apply. 3️⃣ Preparing for Your Consultation or On-Site Visit ✔️ For Online Acoustic Consultation: ✅ Fill Out the Acoustic Assessment Form – If you haven’t already, please complete our Acoustic Assessment Form before the call. ✅ Have Your Questions Ready – Prepare specific concerns about your room acoustics, soundproofing, or treatment solutions. ✅ Check Your Internet & Equipment – Ensure your microphone and camera are working properly for the best experience. ✔️ For On-Site Acoustic Visit: ✅ Provide Room Dimensions & Layouts – If available, share floor plans, sketches, or photos before the visit. ✅ Ensure Access to the Space – Our specialist will need access to the entire room or building area being assessed.
